The Uplift Workforce Solutions HVAC training is a 10-week course that offers technical education, hands-on training, and certifications that allow graduates of the program the ability to pursue permanent gainful employment in the HVAC and electrical trades. The program begins with life skills and job readiness trainings to give participants the tools necessary to maintain their careers and grow as individuals.
Certifications include: 608 Type 1 and Universal, Electrical Training Certification Basic, Gas Heat Installation and Components, and Refrigeration Charging Procedures. With time permitting, participants will also be gaining their Gas Track Pipe, Renee Tankless Water Heater, and A2L Refrigerant certifications.
