First Lady Michelle Obama travels to Philadelphia, PA to discuss federal funding for a new multi-year Healthy Food Financing Initiative.  She commends Jeff Brown for his leadership and for doing what is best for the people of the city to increase the availability of affordable, healthy foods in underserved urban and rural communities, particularly through the development or equipping of grocery stores and other healthy food retailers.
